So this is my progress after about 4 months on your vegan One Month Makeover and boy do I look different! I am down 20 lbs from 135 lbs to 115 lbs and I haven’t felt this healthy ever before!
First of all I want to thank you for helping me transition from a vegetarian to a vegan! I tried over and over again to become a vegan before I started with the OMM, but I failed everytime, so when I began with the OMM I was surprised how easy it was if you transition the right way.
I have had a hard time doing the leg workouts because I had an operation after about a month into the program, but the rest of the body workouts have been great, even fun to do!
I want to thank you so much for teaching me about fitness and healthy eating! I still have a long way to go to tone my legs, but I’m sure I’ll
make it one day.❤️❤️
