Many people think if you lift weights you have to look like Schwarzenegger. Well, I lift 5 times a week and I don’t. I don’t lift you look sexy, I look quite normal with muscles and fat. I started lifting weights when I lost my family in a car accident. Fitness helped me in the hardest moments in my life. I just wanted to remind people that no matter what others think of you, if lifting weights / sports help you to cope with something, do it. Brahette
